If you scroll a bit further down you’ll find a description of my experience and modalities, but before you get there I’d love to share a bit about what you could expect in a session with me. I hope to offer a space for both light-hearted and deeply challenging conversations, for big questions and doubts, for insecurities and authentic truths, for vulnerability and new perspectives. A place to be unapologetically human. There will be moments of skill building and active work on goals and moments where I will simply be a witness and hold space with you. It would be a privilege to hold the hope for you when it feels too difficult to do so yourself.
Now, clinically speaking, I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over six years of experience in the field. I've worked with adolescents, adults, and family systems in both outpatient and residential settings with a focus on a variety of issues, including but not limited to attachment, trauma, depression, anxiety, and identity/self-esteem. I take an evidenced-based and person-centered approach. Having knowledge of multiple therapeutic approaches allows me to tailor sessions to fit each client. We can work together to determine what might work best for you. A few modalities I enjoy utilizing are experiential models, Brainspotting, DBT, and TF-CBT. If you've read this far and feel like we might be a good fit, I'd love to connect and set up a consultation!
